摘要
相对于传统的船员管理培训工作,培训管理的信息化不仅仅能为船员,培训机构和海事管理提供方便,能更有效的进行信息交流和共享,优化管理。本文主要探讨在培训机构和海事管理机构中怎样去实现管理信息化。
Compared with traditional management of crew training, training management information system can not only for the crew, training institutions and maritime management provides a convenient, can more effective information exchange and sharing, optimize management. This paper mainly discusses how to realize the management informationization in the training institutions and maritime management mechanism.
