摘要
大学生创新能力培养是高等教育的重要任务。论文从课程设置与培养目标的切合度、结构特征、课堂教学、实践课程、创新创业课程等5个方面分析本科生创新能力的培养现状,从课程体系设计变革、实行启发式教学、实行实践能力培养的多元化举措,科学考核教师绩效四个方面提出对策建议。
Innovation ability cultivation of college students is an important task for higher education. The paper analyzes present situation from five aspects which include matching degree between curriculum and training objectives, structure characteristics, classroom teaching, practice curriculum, innovation and entrepreneurship course. Some advices are also given which are course system reform, heuristic teaching, diversity alternatives of implementing cultivation of practice ability, scientific assessment of teachers＂ performance.
