摘要 随着计算机技术与管理理论的结合发展,模拟教学作为一种商业课程创新的教学法,在西方国家的商学院中已得到广泛应用,而在我国高等教育中仍处于探索阶段。综述了师生互动和模拟教学相关的文献,并通过问卷调查和小组访谈形式,对模拟教学对师生互动效果的影响程度进行了实证研究,并对我国高校运用模拟教学有效提升师生互动效果提出了对策建议。 With the development of combining the computer technology and management theory, simulation teaching is regarded as an innovative teaching method in business courses, which has been widely used in Western business schools and at the exploratory stage in Chinese higher education. On the basis of the relevant literatures review, an empirical study on the degree of the impact of simulation teaching method to teacher-student interaction effect was conducted through the questionnaire survey and group interview. It puts forward the and suggestions on how to improve the teacher-student interaction effect of Chinese universities.
