摘要
声誉是医院生存和发展的要素之一,是花钱也买不到的金字招牌。声誉是医院的生命线,是一种长期投资。文章以"柠檬"模型为理论基础,研究在此基础上医院声誉对患者就医行为的影响。
Reputation is one of the important elements of hospital's survival and development, and it is the golden brand that can not to bought. Reputation is the lifeblood of the hospital, it is a long-term investment. In this paper, "lemon" model as the theoretical basis, how the Reputation affects medical behavior of the patients is studied.
