摘要
本文结合宁夏图书馆内部管理体制改革工作的实际情况,介绍了其改革的思路及实施方案,并对其成功的做法进行了分析,力求寻找适合公共图书馆运行机制的管理模式。
Based on the actual situation of internal management system reform in Ningxia Library, this paper introduces the reform ideas and implementation plan, and analyzes its successful practice, trying to find the management mode which is suitable for public library operation mechanism.
