摘要
首先结合十字流微滤中有关概念 ,对旋转管式膜面上颗粒进行力平衡研究 ,确定出颗粒不在膜面沉积形成滤饼所需的膜管最低转速 ;然后作者采用无因次分析法 ,确定旋转PE管式膜动态微滤的准数方程 ;最后 ,对试验数据回归处理并建立旋转PE管式膜微滤的数学模型 。
The author studied the force balance of particles along the surface of the membrane and determined the minimum rotating velocity of the inner membrane for particles not to deposit on its surface at first. Then the dimensionless equation of rotary tubular membrane was established by dimensionless analysis. At last, the mathematical model for filtration process was obtained by the experimental data. This provides a useful guide for engineering application of rotary tubular membrane.
