现代城市公共交通低碳发展战略研究

The Strategy Researched on Development of City Public Transportation from the Perspective of Low Carbon Economy

随着全球气候问题的日渐突出、国际油价的持续上涨和传统能源供应压力的不断加大,低碳发展理念在国际上受到越来越广泛的关注。低碳经济是中国经济发展和转型的必由之路,作为"能耗大户"的城市公共交通也正在迎来新一轮全球性"绿色与低碳"革命。在低碳经济理论视角下,如何快捷高效的节能减排,实现"十二五"节能减排降耗目标,使城市公共交通在节能减排模式下发展,文章做出了系统的分析与研究。

With the global climate crisis increasingly prominent, the continuing rise in international oil prices and conventional energy supply pressures continue to increase, the countries take action to deal with the deepening of global issues. Low carbon development concept is concerned about the international communities. Low carbon economy is the only way for China＇s economic development and transformation. As a heavy energy user, the urban public transport is also usher in a new round of global ＂Green and Low Carbon＂ revolution. With theoretical perspective in low-carbon economy, how to promote energy saving efficiently energy emission reduction, achieve energy saving and emission reduction targets of the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ to promote the urban public transport development into an energy saving mode are analyzed.
