摘要
利用双泵交替分段注入试样、显色剂、沉淀剂和清洗剂 ,用分光光度法于 4 2 0nm波长下 ,连续测量P2 O5 和SO3 。测量频率 4 0次 /h ;测定P2 O5 ,RSD≤ 1.73 % ,测定SO3 ,RSD≤ 1.65%。用于磷矿、磷酸料浆和磷复肥中P2 O5 和SO3 的测定 。
In this paper, a modified procedure for the continuous determination of P_2O_5 and SO_3 by FI-spectrophotometry/turbidimetry under the wavelength of 420 nm, with two-pump alternatively injecting the sample, color reagent, precipitator and rinsing agent, is proposed. The frequency of determination is 40 times an hour. The RSD of determination of P_2O_5 and SO_3 is no more than 1.73, 1.35 respectively. With the method above mentioned, satisfactory results were acquired while measuring P_2O_5 and SO_3 in phosphate rock, phospho-slurry and phosphatic compound fertilizer, respectively.
