饱和磷铵料浆水蒸气平衡分压的研究

摘要 用液上气相色谱法测定了不同温度及中和度下饱和磷铵料浆的平衡水蒸汽压 ,所得数据经回归处理 ,得到温度及中和度对水蒸气压影响的经验关系式。结果表明 ,当温度一定时 ,水蒸气分压随中和度增高而降低 。 In this paper,the measuring method of equilibrium vapor pressure of slurry saturated by ammonium phosphate using headspace gas chromatography was investigated ,and temperature ranging from 50℃ to 80℃, neutralization degree from 1.0 to 2.0,the vapor pressures were gotten The correlating formula of the vapor pressure to temperature and neutralization degree was obtained using experimental data . The research result show that it is neutralization which evidently effects vapor pressure in addition to the temperature , and the higher the temperature is , the more evident the effect is .
