比索洛尔、苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合治疗青中年高血压

目的:观察比索洛尔联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗青中年原发性高血压的降压效果及达标率。方法:按就诊时间先后选取2011年3月～2012年5月门诊及住院诊断的青中年原发性高血压患者153例,告知降压药物的选择方法,并取得知情同意后,予以富马酸比索洛尔+苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平早晨7:00空腹顿服,监测血压、心率、肝肾功能及不良反应,观察降压药物的效果及达标率。观察疗程8周,根据血压达标标准,评定药物疗效及达标率。结果:153例患者中,血压达标80.4%,且不良反应少。结论:比索洛尔、苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合治疗青中年原发性高血压给药方便、安全性高、降压效果好、达标率高,尤其能被青中年高血压患者接受。
