摘要
学校层面的改革是提高基础教育质量与公平的出发点与落脚点。PISA2009结果报告中对"成功学校"进行了界定,并从教育质量与公平维度考察了影响学校成功的众多因素。结合PISA2009结果报告的数据进行分析可以发现,成功的学校在资源投入、组织形态及治理方式三方面具有高水平的教师工资、低度分化的组织形式以及自治与问责相结合的治理方式等关键特征。
The school reform is the starting point and the foothold to improve the quality and equity of elementary education. PISA 2009 has defined ＂success school＂ and studied the influential factors that affect schools＇ performances from three aspects as follows： resource inputs,school organization and education management. Based on the survey data of PISA 2009,the three features are high levels of teachers＇ salary,low differentiation in organization and the combination of autonomy and accountability.
