翻白草油体外抗呼吸道合胞病毒活性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究翻白草油抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)作用。方法选取翻白草油进行抗RSV研究,采用细胞病变反应(CPE)和噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法观测翻白草油对RSV作用。结果 MTT和CPE试验结果表明翻白草油在3种作用方式(除细胞保护作用方式)下能够增强宿主HeLa细胞存活率,且细胞存活率与翻白草油浓度呈正相关,翻白草油对宿主HeLa细胞无保护作用,不能阻断RSV病毒进入细胞。结论翻白草油有抗RSV作用。 Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of Potentilla discolor oil on respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) in vitro.Methods Cytopathic effect(CPE) and 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) methods were used to test the inhibitory effect of Potentilla discolor oil on RSV in vitro at different concentrations.Results The CPE and MTT results showed that Potentilla discolor oil inhibited the proliferation of RSV through three ways(besides the cell protective effect).The survival rate of HeLa cells was increased obviously,and was positively correlated with the concentration of Potentilladiscolor oil.It could not block the virus entry into host cells.Conclusion Potentilla discolor oil has anti-RSV effect in vitro.
