摘要
目的利用软件分析Dynalog日志文件,检测静态调强计划(SIMRT)的多叶光栅(MLC)到位精度。方法由于每执行一个SIMRT会产生多个日志文件,而Varian DynalogFileViewer(DFV,Version 7.0)软件不具有批量处理功能,并且它的分析结果与本院其他日常检测结果相矛盾,为此,自行开发软件VarianMLC-DlgFile(VMD),用于分析日志文件,检测SIMRT的MLC到位精度。结果应用VMD软件分析81个SIMRT连续执行3天的MLC到位精度,结果有80个计划的MLC到位偏差符合限定标准(<1 mm),仅有1个计划的MLC到位偏差>1 mm、且<2 mm,此计划的A组第25个叶片出现偏差>1 mm的次数最多;DFV软件的统计结果综合了机器出束和出束结束瞬间两种状态的MLC到位精度,故给出了错误的MLC到位偏差数据。结论 VMD软件能区分对待机器出束和出束结束瞬间两种状态的MLC到位精度,其分析结果可指导物理师和工程师有针对性地开展质量管理(QA&QC)工作。
Objective Using a software to analyze Dynalog log files, and detect the position accuracy of multileaf collimator (MLC) with static IMRT (SIMRT). Methods Because a lot of log files would produced after one SIMRT is done, and Varian DynalogFileViewer (DFV, Version7.0) could not finish batch process, besides, the analyzed results of DFV dose were not agree with the detected daily results, so Varian MLC-DlgFile (VMD) is designed, then VMD is applied to analyze the MLC position accuracy of 81 SIMRT, which were continuously done in 3 days. Results In VMD, the MLC position errors of 80 SIMRT are all 〈1 mm, one SIMRT is 〉1 mm, 〈 2 mm, and the 25th blade of A group in this SIMRT takes most errors of〉l mm. The statistical results of DFV integrate the position accuracy of MLC in two conditions of bearn on and beam end, and get the wrong position errors of MLC. Conclusion VMD could separate beam on from beam end, so its result would be helpful for the QA&QC work of physicists and engineers.
