摘要
目的为了在较低的辐射剂量下获得较佳的诊断图像,寻找一种较佳的颈椎CT扫描体位。方法使用东芝Aquilion ONE DVCT分别对10例颈部细长型和颈部粗短型患者进行自然体位和强迫体位下容积扫描,并进行图像清晰程度的对比。结果相同扫描方式和扫描条件下,强迫体位更利于下部颈椎的扫描,尤以颈部粗短型效果明显。结论强迫体位扫描方法能够增加图像清晰度,减少患者X线受照量和减少图像伪影。
Objective To search a better cervical spine CT scanning position in order to obtain better diagnostic images under lower radiation dose. Methods To conduct volume scanning to 10 patients with slender-type neck and 10 patients with chunky-type neck based on natural position and compulsive position by Toshiba Aquilion ONE DVCT, and compare the definition of the images. Results Under the same scanning mode and condition, the compulsive position is more conducive to scan the lower part of cervical spine, especially the chunky type. Gonclusion Compulsive position scanning method can not only increase the definition of images, but also reduce X-ray radiation dose for patients and image artifact.
