摘要 针对某单兵火箭弹初速散布比较大的问题,本文提出了一种基于感应线圈经过磁铁产生感应信号进而测速的单兵火箭弹自主式初速存储测试系统,实现单兵火箭弹能够自主式测速的目的.介绍了系统的各组成部分及工作原理,分析设计了高速采样实现、触发、信号处理等关键技术.通过静态模拟实验和动态实弹实验验证,试验结果表明该系统测得速度误差在-0.34 m/s~+0.26 m/s范围内,测速精度高,可靠性达到100%,满足弹丸初速测试系统的要求. Aiming at the large dispersion of initial velocity of an individual rocket, this paper proposed an active initial velocity storage measuring system for the rocket, which measured the velocity based on the induction signal that produced by the induction coil going through two magnets, and the purpose of measuring velocity independently was realized. Every part and the working principle of the system were introduced. On the basis of the analysis of key technologies, the high-speed sampling module, the triggering and signal processing module were designed. Moreover the correctness of the design was validated by experimentation. The experiments show that the error of the measured velocity is - 0.34 m/s to + 0.26 m/s, the system has high accuracy and high reliability of 100 % which meets the requirements of the initial velocity measuring system.
