摘要
本文通过在等直径管中加入变直径管,研究了变直径管对甲烷爆炸压力的影响.实验结果表明:与等直径管相比,变直径管的存在对甲烷在长管中的爆炸传播规律产生了显著影响,改变了甲烷爆炸最大爆炸压力的变化趋势,最大爆炸压力曲线呈现明显的单峰三区形状;甲烷爆炸冲击波传播到变直径管的前端,即截面积突然变小的区域,冲击波气流湍流度加强,爆炸压力显著增大.因此,煤矿巷道中应尽量消除或减少截面积突然变小的区域.
The influence of variable diameter tube on methane explosion pressure was studied by inserting a variable-diameter tube into a constant - diameter tube. The result shows that, compared with the tube with constant diameter, the variable-diameter tube influences significantly the propagation law of methane explosion in the long tube, and changed the trend of the maximum explosion pressure. The evolution curve of the maximum explosion pressure assumed a shape of single-peak and three-zone. When methane explosion wave spreads to the front of variable diameter tube, namely suddenly into a smaller area, the airflow turbulence of shock wave is strengthened and the explosion pressure increases significantly. So in the coal mine laneway, the sudden smaller area should be eliminated or reduced.
