摘要
文中对食品工业中主要的高甜度甜味剂的发展、安全性及应用进行了阐述 ,并对高甜度甜味剂今后的发展趋势进行了探讨。
It was described synthetically on develo pment security and application of major high sweetness sweetening agents in food in dustry,meanwhile it was dis cussed on developing trend of high sweemess sweetening agents in future.
