摘要
某机风扇转子钛合金叶片减振凸台耐磨合金的磨损掉块修复工艺一直是发动机大修中的一项技术难题。针对钛合金叶片减振凸台耐磨层掉块问题开展了钎焊修复工艺研究工作,采用高频感应钎焊对钛合金叶片减振凸台耐磨合金层进行重新钎焊修复,所确定的感应钎焊修复工艺程序可以满足叶片耐磨层修理的技术条件,同时也节省了购买新件的费用,缩短了叶片的修理周期。
The repairing process of wear resistant alloy on damping convexity of titanium alloy blade in one aero - engine fan - rotor is one of technological problems.The high - frequency induction brazing process was proposed to repair the worn titanium alloy damping convexity of blade damping.The brazing repairing process can meet the technique condition to repair the blade.At the same time,the repairing process saves the cost to purchase new parts and shorten the repairing cycle of blade.
