摘要
在对锆及锆合金材料的焊接性及特点进行分析的基础上,通过Zr702材料的焊接试验及焊缝的力学性能和金相组织的研究探索,获取了进行焊接的关键工艺因素。结果表明,采用文中工艺规范焊接的焊缝组织细密,强度及塑性、韧性均提高且无缺陷产生,在实际工程方面该工艺将具有重要的使用价值。
The key factors of welding were analyzed through welding experiments of Zr702 Zr alloy,mechanical properties and metallurgical structure of joint.The results show that strength,plasticity and tenacity have been enhanced,and there are not welding defects in weld.The process can be useful for the practical engineering.
