摘要
采用二甲胺乙基甲基丙烯酸酯和不同链长的溴代烷合成了长链烷基季铵盐产品。利用合成的季铵盐单体与MMA、BA、FMA制备了阳离子含氟聚丙烯酸酯乳液CFPA_R。结果显示:采用直链链长为16的季铵盐制备的含氟聚丙烯酸酯乳液状况良好。AFM分析显示CFPA_R聚合物的乳胶膜中,可见明显的微相分离。用CFPA_R聚合物作抗菌试验,聚合物显示出抗菌性能。将聚合物CFPA_R应用于织物和皮革的整理中,结果显示可以明显提高二者的疏水性能和耐湿擦能力。
The cationic quaternary ammonium compounds (MAEADA) were synthesized with N, N - dimeythylaminoethyl methacrylate and halogenated alkanes. Then the cationic fluorinated acrylic copolymers emulsion (CFPA_R) were prepared with MAEADA, FMA, MMA and BA. The result show that the cationic polyfluoroacrylate (CFPA_R) with good characteristic is synthe- sized by using monomers MAEADA of which the length of alkyl chain is sixteen. AFM analysis show that the microphase separa- tion of CFPA_R is clearly observed. The result of antibacterial test show that MAEADA is of antibacterial activity. Through the top finishing of leather, the cationic acrylic emulsion significantly improves the wet rub fastness of the leather which is more than about two levels.
