毛乳头细胞分泌性蛋白质组的制备 被引量:1

摘要 毛乳头是毛囊的真皮部分,凝集性生长为其特性之一,有诱导毛囊形成和再生的能力[1]。研究证实,凝集性生长的毛乳头细胞(dermal papillae cell,DPC)分泌大量蛋白样因子,形成网络,共同调节其他DPC、外根鞘细胞、内皮细胞和角质形成细胞的增殖[2-3];这些分泌性蛋白质通过自分泌、旁分泌等途径发挥作用,全面系统研究分泌性蛋白有助于全面认识、分析和解释毛乳头细胞的凝集性生长特性。在DPC分泌性蛋白质中,大多数为低丰度的小分子蛋白或多肽,如何获得这些蛋白质就成为了实验的关键。
