血清同型半胱氨酸和脂联素水平与心脏神经官能症的关系 被引量:9

Relationship between serum homocysteine and adiponectin levels in cardiac neurosis

摘要 目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和脂联素(APN)与心脏神经官能症(CN)的关系。方法:采用ELISA法分别检测29例CN患者(CN组)、30例冠心病(CHD)患者(CHD组)及29名健康体检者(对照组)的血清HCY和APN的水平变化,并对检测结果进行分析。结果:CN组、CHD组和对照组血清HCY水平分别为(19.17±4.22)nmol/ml、(22.86±4.84)nmol/ml和(11.73±3.01)nmol/ml,APN水平分别为(9.88±1.67)mg/L、(8.64±1.41)mg/L和(11.11±1.88)mg/L,3组间两两比较均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对所有入选对象进行血清HCY水平与APN水平的相关性分析显示,血清HCY水平与APN水平呈负相关(r=-0.413,P<0.01)。结论:CN患者血清HCY水平升高和APN水平降低。 Objective:To study the relationship between serum homocysteine (HCY) and adiponectin (APN) levels in cardiac neurosis (CN). Method: HCY and APN levels were measured by ELISA in 29 patients of CN, 30 patients of coronary heart disease (CHD) and 29 normal controls. Result.. HCY in CN, CHD patients and normal controls were (19.17±4.22)nmol/ml, (22.86±4.84)nmoI/ml and (11.73±3.01)nmol/ml respectively (all P〈 0.05). APN in CN, CHD patients and normal controls were (9.88±1.67) rag/L, (8.64±1.41)mg/L and (11.11± 1.88)mg/L respectively (all P〈0.05). In all the cases, HCY level was negatively correlated with APN level (r= =-0. 413, P〈0.01). Conclusion: The level of HCY is increased and the level of APN is decreased in patients with CN.
