目前在高血压治疗中,联合应用降压药物是一个趋势。替米沙坦具有降压疗效显著、半衰期长、可激活过氧化物酶体增殖激活受体等优点。大量研究结果表明替米沙坦和氢氯噻嗪联合应用或替米沙坦-氢氯噻嗪复方制剂在降压治疗中优于单用替米沙坦和其他血管紧张素Ⅱ受体1拮抗药和氢氯噻嗪合用等。
