高血压性视网膜病变与高血压靶器官损害的相关关系 被引量:13

摘要 高血压性视网膜病变(HRP)是高血压病患者合并的多种因素引起的以视网膜血管病变为特征的疾病。目前HRP的临床意义尚不完全清楚。HRP-~高血压心、肾、大血管等靶器官损害之间的相关关系以及HRP对高血压靶器官损害有无预测意义目前报道较少。我们对一组确诊为原发性高血压病患者进行眼底和全身检查,观察HRP与高血压靶器官损害之间的关系。现将结果报道如下。
