矽肺患者及观察对象血清髓过氧化物酶和对氧磷脂酶-1活力及临床意义 被引量:4

Serum myeloperoxidase activity and serum paraoxonase-1 activity in patients with silicosis and observation subjects and their clinical significance

摘要 目的探讨矽肺患者及观察对象血清髓过氧化物酶(myeloperoxidase,MPO)和对氧磷脂酶-1(paraoxonase-1,PON-1)活力及其临床意义。方法选择72例矽肺(Ⅰ期矽肺30例、Ⅱ期22例、Ⅲ期20例)及37例观察对象为病例组,选择110例男性健康体检者为对照组,用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(EusA)测定血清MPO活力,用化学分光光度法检测血清PON-1活力。结果病例组血清MPO活力为(102.1±15.7)U/L,明显高于健康对照组[(62.4±11.4)U/L],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01).病例组血清PON-1活力为(85.4±15.7)U/ml,明显低于健康对照组[(125.4±13.7)U/ml],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期矽肺患者的血清MPO活力[(91.3±13.5)、(85.7±14.4)、(88.6±14.5)U/L]明显低于观察对象[(128.4±16.4)U/LI,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。随矽肺期别的增加,血清PON-活力呈下降趋势,Ⅱ、Ⅲ期矽肺患者的PON-1活力[Ⅱ期:(70.4±11.4)U/ml,Ⅲ期:(67.6±13.7)U/m1)]明显低于观察对象[(101.5±14.0)U/ml]和Ⅰ期矽肺[(89.1±10.1)U/m1],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论血清MPO和PON-1对矽肺的早期诊断和病情判断等方面有一定意义。 Objective To investigate the serum myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity and serum paraoxonase-1 (PON-1) activity in patients with silicosis and observation subjects and their clinical significance. Methods Seventy-two patients with silicosis (stage Ⅰ : 30 cases, stage Ⅱ : 22 cases, stage Ⅲ : 20 cases) and 37 observation subjects were selected as a case group, and 110 healthy men were selected as a control group. Serum MPO activity was measured by double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and serum PON-1 activity was measured by chemical spectrophotometry. Results Serum MPO activity was significantly higher in the case group than in the control group [(102.1±15.7) U/L vs. (62.4±11.4) U/L, P〈 0.01], but serum PON-1 activity was significantly lower in the case group than in the control group [(85.4±15.7) U/ml vs. (125.4±13.7) U/ml, P〈0.01]. Serum MPO activity was significantly lower in patients with stages Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ silicosis than in the observation subjects [(91.3±13.5) U/L, (85.7±14.4) U/L, and (88.6±14.5) U/L vs. (128.4±16.4) U/L, P〈0.01]. Serum PON-1 activity declined as the stage of silicosis increased; serum PON-1 activity was significantly lower in the patients with stages Ⅱ and Ⅲ silicosis than in the observation subjects and the patients with stage Ⅰ silicosis [(70.4±11.4) U/ml and (67.6±13.7) U/ml vs. (101.5±14.0) U/ml and (89.1±10.1) U/ml, P〈0.01]. Conclusion Serum MPO activity and serum PON-1 activity are valuable for early diagnosis of silicosis and evaluation of patient' s condition.
