外伤性肝破裂67例治疗分析 被引量：4

摘要 肝脏是人体内最大的实质性脏器，血液循环丰富，质地脆弱而易损伤。肝损伤在腹部外伤中占5％～20％，仅次于脾破裂和肾挫伤，但其死亡率却占腹部外伤之首位。现将我院2007--2011年收治的外伤性肝破裂67例的救治情况报道如下。
