摘要
介绍GERT分析评审问题的步骤和网络图的绘制方法 ,即从规定各种节点的内涵 ,确定多元参数 ,组成网络线路 ,到推算各种结局 ,比选完成评审。并且运用GERT网络对于高速公路建设中砼现场供应方案进行分析评审。
The paper introduces GERT procedure and drawing method of network chart about analogizing and evaluating civil engineering issue-according to meaning of various specified nodes, determine multi-parameter to form network line and speculate various results and perform evaluation with comparison. Then apply GERT network to analyze and evaluate concrete site supplied options in express way construction.
