摘要 目的:研制一种可以测量多种物体温度、操作简便、便于携带且价格低廉的新型多功能数字电子温度计。方法:该多功能数字电子温度计的硬件电路主要由数字温度传感器DS18B20、单片计算机89C2051、液晶显示器、电源电路、音响报警电路五部分组成,使用Portel99SE设计制作电路板;软件部分利用C语言编写。软件编写过程中结合实测传感器温度曲线对数字温度传感器DS18B20进行软件校正,编写完毕的程序在单片机仿真系统上调试,最后将调试成功的软件程序写入单片计算机89C2051。结果:制作出了具有测温定时、温度记忆、音响提示、背光显示、自动关机等多项功能的数字电子温度计,该温度计的测温误差仅为±0.1℃,其准确度可以和水银温度计相比拟。结论:配有专用探头的多功能数字温度计可以准确、方便地测量体温、食物温度、室内外温度、冰箱温度等。该数字温度计经过两家省级医院的临床试用,专家一致认为该电子温度计功能完善、使用方便安全、精度高,克服了传统数字温度计价格昂贵,测量功能单一、误差偏大等问题,使用效果良好,有很好的推广应用价值。 Objective: To develop a new type of multi-function digital electronic thermometer measuring the temperature of various objects, which has the advantages of simple operation, easy to potable and low price. Methods: The hardware circuit is mainly composed of five parts: a digital temperature sensor DS 18B20, a single chip microcomputer 89C2051, a liquid crys- tal display, a power circuit and an audio alarm circuit. The circuit board is designed by using Porte199SE. We calibrate the sen- sor DS18B20 by the program written by C language combing with the real temperature curve. The program is debugged in sin- gle chip microcomputer simulation system, and then written to the single chip microcomputer 89C2051. Results: The devel- oped thermometer has multiple functions such as temperature measurement timing, temperature memory, audio tips, backlit display, auto power off, and so on. The measurement error is within +0.1 ~C, Therefore, its accuracy is comparable to that of the mercury thermometer. Conclusions: With the special probe, the temperatures of the food, the indoor/outdoor, the refrigera- tor as well as the body can be measured accurately and conveniently. By the clinical trial in two provincial hospitals, the ex- perts evaluate that the electronic thermometer has the advantages of perfect functions, easy to use, safety, high precision and it overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional digital thermometer, such as expensive, single function, and larger error. It is be lieved that the thermometer has a good application value.
