射频热疗中采用单腔中心静脉导管测温的可行性研究

摘要 目的:通过套有单腔中心静脉导管的传感器与未套管的传感器对水温、体模中心温度和恶性肿瘤病人热疗中盆、腹腔温度的测量进行相关的对比及鉴定实验。探讨单腔中心静脉导管对腹腔测温有无影响及影响因素。方法:对单腔中心静脉导管的热传导性进行鉴定,后分别对保温杯中不同温度的水、加热体模中心温度和恶性肿瘤病人盆、腹腔温度的测量来鉴定单腔中心静脉导管对传感器测温有无影响。结果:单腔中心静脉导管内、外两传感器的传感头通过45℃-36℃的温度梯度场时的温度读数差在0.1℃以内;水温测量的最大相对误差为0.3V,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);体模射频加热后中心温度的最大相对误差为0-3℃,差异无统计学意义(声哆0.05);盆、腹腔射频热疗中温度之间的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),仅在个别时间范围、个别测温点上有较大的测温误差。结论:在45℃~36℃的温度梯度场内,单腔中心静脉导管的热传导影响可忽略不计;射频加热区域有引流管时,并不影响其治疗的安全性;恶性肿瘤盆、腹腔射频加热时,单腔中心静脉导管对传感器测温无明显影响,在个别时间范围、个别测温点上有较大误差可能与热场分布、磁场方向不同有关。 Objective: To set a single-lumen central venous catheter tube sensor and the sensor is not on the water temperature, body core temperature and the cancer patients die in the pots of hyperthermia, abdominal temperature, comparison of the mea- surement and identification of the related experiments of single cavity central venous catheter and the abdominal whether the impact of temperature factors. Methods: Single-lumen central venous catheter to identify the thermal conductivity, respective- ly, after holding a cup of water at different temperatures, heating the body core temperature and the cancer patients die basin, abdominal temperature measurements to identify the single lumen central venous catheter SENSOR whether the impact of tem- perature. Results: Single-lumen central venous catheter, the outer two sensors of the sensor head through 45 ~C ~ 36 ~C when the temperature gradient of temperature readings within 0.1 ~C difference in the anastomosis; water temperature measurements, the maximum relative error is 0.3 ~C, no statistical difference significance (P〉 0.05); body core temperature after RF heating mode the maximum relative error is 0.3 ~C, the difference was not statistically significant (P〉 0.05); basin, abdominal RF hy- perthermia temperature was no significant difference between the (P〉 0.05), only in the individual time zones, individual tem- perature measurement points have a greater measurement error. Conclusions: 45 ~C - 36 ~C temperature gradient inside, single lumen central venous catheter in the heat conduction effects can be neglected; In the drainage region RF heating, the RF hyper- therrnia is safe; Cancer basin, abdominal radio frequency heating process, the single lumen central venous catheter had no sig- nificant effect of temperature sensors in the individual time zones, individual temperature measurement points have larger error may be the direction of the magnetic field, thermal field distribution in the different relevant.
