摘要
建筑高度是影响城市形象与风貌的一项重要指标。目前建筑高度频繁调整直接影响城市规划的效率及严肃性。本文分析了建筑高度控制方面存在的问题,对目前多个城市建筑高度的控制方法进行了系统研究,提出建筑高度控制的三大步骤,即"建立模型、分区分控、分级控制",兼顾数学理性的分析与刚柔并济的管理,从而达到弹性控制建筑高度的最终目的。
Building height is a key index which influences image and style of the city. Currently, there is an increasing trend of frequent building height readjustment, which affects efficiency and urban planning. This paper analyses existing problems of building height control, makes a systematic study on different methods of building height control in different cities, and proposes a three-step process to determine building height. Stepl: model building, Step2: partition control, Step3: hierarchical control. In order to flexibly control building height, this paper considers both rational analysis and management.
