基于城乡统筹的涉农镇街规划工作探索--以南京市涉农镇街城乡统筹规划为例

Exploration of Planning Works about Agricultural Towns and Streets Based on Urban-Rural Integration——A Case Study of Nanjing

文章简要分析了欧美发达国家乡村建设发展实践进程,指出了现阶段城镇化水平下南京开展城乡统筹规划的重点。以近期开展的试点镇街城乡统筹规划编制工作为例,重点介绍了南京在城乡统筹规划工作方面的创新之举。从规划编制工作完成后,主管部门、试点镇街、专家学者、规划编制单位和社会公众等规划参与主体对本轮城乡统筹规划的评价着手,总结了南京开展城乡统筹规划工作的有关经验。

The article briefly introduces the rural construction process of developed countries, and points out the key content of urban-rural development planning in Nanjing on the present level of the urbanization. The paper gives an example of the recent city and countryside development planning in the pilot towns and streets, and introduces the innovation in the work of Nanjing plans.
