多层螺旋CT兔牙颌测量准确性可靠性研究 被引量:1

Accuracy and Reliability of Multislice Helical CT for Measuring Dentoalvelola of Rabbits

摘要 目的研究应用多层螺旋CT三维影像进行牙颌测量的准确性和可靠性。方法选取12只雄性新西兰大白兔,制取上颌超硬石膏模型;并进行头颅64排多层螺旋CT(飞利浦Brilliance CT 64排,飞利浦医疗系统公司,美国)扫描获得兔牙颌三维影像。以石膏模型高精度数显游标直接测量作为金标准,对多层螺旋CT测量结果应用均数差和一致性相关系数(CCC)检验其准确性和可靠性。结果 64排多层螺旋CT兔牙颌三维影像测量具有良好可靠性(CCC:0.6961~0.9506),且与石膏模型测量的一致性很高(CCC:0.8547~0.9796);配对t检验和误差分析显示64排多层螺旋CT检测的准确性高(P值=0.067~0.817)。结论 64排多层螺旋CT兔牙颌三维影像具有良好的测量准确性和可靠性。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy and reliability of dentoalveolar measurements with multislice helical computed tomography(MSCT).Methods Plaster models of 12 male New Zealand rabbits were made,each weighing 2.046 ~ 3.056kg.The scans were performed with MSCT.Tooth width,arch width and arch length were measured and compared with actual measurement made by digital caliper.A concordance correlation coefficient(CCC) and mean difference(MD) were performed to determine whether the two measurement methods differed significantly or not Results There was no significant difference between measurements of plaster modles and MSCT(CCC: 0.8547~0.9796,P=0.067~0.817,MD0.25 mm),and very high correlations were found between two measurements(CCC: 0.6961~0.9506).Conclusion MSCT three dimensional images provide accurate and reliable measurement for dentoalveolar.
