应用亚甲蓝标记取出儿童软组织内微小金属异物 被引量:1

Use of methylene blue marking for removal of tiny foreign metal in soft tissue in children

摘要 目的探讨儿童软组织内微小金属异物的取出方法。方法回顾性分析41例软组织内金属异物病例。根据取出方式不同分为A、B两组。A组:26例,C形臂下定位,直接切开取异物。B组:15例,采用C形臂下7号注射器针垂直定位,侧位调节针的深度,亚甲蓝标记,手术取出。比较两组取出成功率,手术时间,切口长度,C形臂照射次数。结果A组:1例由于异物体积太小,未能取出,手术成功率96%。手术时间平均约53min。C形臂照射次数平均13次;手术切口平均长约4.2cm。B组:手术成功率100%,手术时间平均约23min。C形臂照射次数平均4.2次,手术切口平均长约3.1cm。结论采用术中C形臂定位,亚甲蓝标记取出微小金属异物,切口小,手术时间短,辐射量小,成功率高。是取出软组织内微小金属异物最有效的方法之一。 Objective To investigate the methods of removal of the tiny foreign metal in soft tis sue in children. Methods Retrospective analysis of 41 cases. Two groups of AB were divided according to the way of taking out of metals. In group A of 26 cases,localization by C - arm, removal of metals was done directly. In group B of 15 cases, syringe needle was used to orientate the foreign metals vertically and laterally under C arm. The foreign body was marked by methylene blue first, and then removed by surgery. The rate of success of removal in the two groups, the timing of the operation, inci sion length, frequency of C arm illumination were comapred. Results Group A: 1 case had failure to remove because foreign metal was too small (success rate was 96%). The average operation time was 53 minutes. The average C ann illumination time was 13 mins. The average incision length was about 4. 2 crm Group B:surgical success rate was 100 %, The average operation time was 23 minutes. The average C- arm time was 5.2 mins, the average incision length was 3.1 cm. Conelusions Higher success rate was seen using methylene blue marking, resulting with small incision, and short operative time.
