摘要
将在华南地区分离到的犬细小病毒 (Canineparvoviurs,CPV)致病和致死强毒株经 6 5℃高温处理纯化后 ,得到一株新型犬小病毒株HN 1,HN 1基因组成部分序列测定结果显示与犬细小病毒CPV ,N株比较有 85%以上的同源性 .人工攻毒发现能导致犬肺病变 ,为世界首列能引起肺病变的犬细小病毒的报道 .
A Virulent Canine parvovirus (CPV) stain showing high pathogenicity and lethality was isolated after purification by heat treatment at 65 ℃ during the last two years in South China. This unusual isolate, designated HN 1, could produce pulmonary lesions in artificially infected dogs, and partial nucleotide sequence of the viral genome showed over 85% homology with the CPV N strain reported. This is the first report of a canine parvovirus capable of inducing lung lesions. Also described in this paper are attempts at effective control of the disease.
