摘要
通过对零件拓扑面建立编码 ,提出了虚拟零件和虚拟元素的概念 ,建立了虚拟零件模型 ;根据虚拟零件的特性构建了基于虚拟零件的装配模型 ,把约束信息附着在虚拟零件上 ,使得该模型可以很好地支持自顶向下设计和并行设计 .
The concept of the virtual part and virtual component are proposed and the virtual part model is built up by coding the faces of parts. The new assembly model based on the virtual part is built up according to the attributions of the virtual part. By attaching constraints to virtual part, top down design and concurrent design are well supported in this model. The results show that this model is efficient and feasible.
