摘要
目的:研究5种不同表面处理对氧化锆陶瓷与树脂水门汀间粘接强度的影响。方法:将45个氧化锆试件块随机分成5组(n=9),分别进行硅烷偶联剂(A组)、金刚砂车针打磨+硅烷偶联剂(B组)、Al2O3颗粒喷砂+硅烷偶联剂(C组)、Er:YAG激光蚀刻+硅烷偶联剂(D组)、Sol-Gel法硅涂层+硅烷偶联剂(E组)5种处理。每组试件中8个用于与RelyXTMUni-cem粘固,经37℃恒温水浴24 h后测试各组剪切粘接强度;1个用于扫描电子显微镜观察其处理后的表面形貌及能谱分析。剪切粘接强度测试后通过显微镜观察各试件的粘接界面破坏形式。将所得数据运用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果:扫描电镜观察发现,不同处理组氧化锆表面形貌不同。各组的剪切强度分别为:A组(3.35±0.48)MPa,B组(4.25±0.37)MPa,C组(6.19±0.37)MPa,D组(4.81±0.31)MPa,E组(6.82±0.61)MPa,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。E组中有1个样本粘接面破坏为混乱合破坏,其中7个样本以及其他各组全部样本粘接面破坏均为界面破坏。结论:不同表面处理对氧化锆陶瓷与自粘接树脂水门汀间的剪切粘接强度有影响,粘接面破坏主要为界面破坏。
Objective: To study the shear bond strength(SBS) between zirconia ceramics treated by 5 different surface management and a self- adhesive resin cement. Methods : 45 blocks of zirconia( 8 mm × 8 mm× 2.5mm) were randomly divided into 5 groups ( n = 9) according to surface treatment method : A : silanization ; B : grounding with diamond grit bur + silanization; C : sandblasting with 110μm Al2O3 particle + silanization ; D : Irradiated with Er : YAG laser + silanization ; E : Silica coating by Sol- Gel progress + silanization. One block of each group was used for SEM observation and energy spectrum analysis, the rest blocks of each group were cemented with self-adhesive resin cement RelyX^TM Unicem, then stored in distilled water at 37 ℃ for 24 hours prior to test. The shear bonding strength (SBS) test was performed using a universal testing machine. Fractured specimen interface was examined using optical microscope for the evaluation of the failure mode. The data were analysised by one-way ANOVA with a 5% significance level. Results: The surface to- pography of each group were significantly different. Mean SBS(MPa) was 3.35± 0. 48 in group A, 4.25 ± 0.37 in B, 6.19 ±0. 37 in C, 4.81 ±0.31 in D and 6.82 ±0.61 in E,respectively (P 〈0.01 ). Failure mode of all the speeiments was interfacial failure except 1 case with mixed failure in group E. Conclusion: The SBS between zirconia and self-adhesive resin cement is affected by different surface treatment of zirconia. Interfacial failure is the main failure mode of the bond between zirconia and self- adhesive resin cement.
