伴TMD的成人正畸患者心理健康状况调查与分析

Investigation on psychological health in adult orthodontic patients with temporomandibular disorders

目的:探讨伴颞下颌关节紊乱病(TMD)的成人正畸患者的心理健康状况。方法:应用90项症状清单(Self-reportingInventory,SCL-90)对42例伴TMD的成人正畸患者(实验组),50例无正畸需求的伴TMD的成人错人群(对照组)进行测试,结果进行t检验。结果:2组测试在强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、人际关系敏感因素上得分高于全国成人常模(P<0.05)。实验组在强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、人际关系敏感因素上得分与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:伴颞下颌关节紊乱病的成人正畸患者存在一定程度的心理问题。

Objective： To study the psychological health of adult orthodontic patients with temporomandibular disorders （TMD）. Methods： 42 adult orthodontic patients with TMD （experimental group） and 50 malocclusion patients with TMD but without orthodontic needs（control group） were included. The psycological health of the patients was evaluated by self-reporting inventory（SCL-90） ,t test was used to anaylse the data. Results： All subjects scores were higher than the national norm of obsessive- compulsive symptoms, de- pression, anxiety, paranoia and psychotic symptoms （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Higher scores of obsessive- compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensi- tivityi, depression, anxiety and psychotic symptoms were obtained in the experimental group than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The adult orthodontic patients with TMD have psychological problems to a certain extent.
