氯普鲁卡因在口腔科治疗中阻滞麻醉的效果评价

Assessment of the block anesthesia effect of chloroprocaine in dental treatment

通过对140名在我院接受口腔治疗患者采用氯普鲁卡因和利多卡因麻醉,比较2组麻醉效果。结果发现氯普鲁卡因组患者的麻醉起效时间、痛觉消失时间和痛觉恢复时间均短于利多卡因组;注射过程和拔牙过程中VAS评分、患者主观疼痛感觉也优于利多卡因组。因此,与利多卡因相比,氯普鲁卡因具有起效快、镇痛效果好、麻醉恢复迅速的优点,有较高的应用价值。

140 patients were allocated to accept chloroprocaine and lidocaine anesthesia respectively（ n = 70）. The time of anesthesia on- set, pain disappear, and pain restoration in ehloroprocaine group were shorter than in the lidoeaine group. The VAS score in the injection, tooth extraction process and subjective feeling of pain in the chloroprocaine group were superior to those in lidocaine group. Thus, compared with lidoeaine, ehloroproeaine has better analgesic effect with shorter time of anesthesia onset and pain restoration.
