3种根管消毒药物治疗乳牙根尖周炎的疗效分析 被引量:16

摘要 将90颗根尖周炎乳牙随机分成3组,根管预备后分别用Vitapex糊剂(A组)、氢氧化钙糊剂(B组)、樟脑酚棉球(C组)根管内封药。1周后复查,观察疗效。Vitapex糊剂、氢氧化钙糊剂消毒根管无显著差异(P>0.05),但Vitapex糊剂组、氢氧化钙糊剂组与樟脑酚棉球组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结果表明Vitapex糊剂用于乳牙感染根管治疗疗效好,且操作简单。 90 deciduous teeth with periapical periodontitis were randomly assigned to 3 groups( n = 30). After regular root canal prepara- tion Vitapex paste was given in group A, calcium hydroxide paste in group B and cotton ball of camphor phend in group C for root canal disin- fection. The effects was observed 1 week after medication placement. The disinfection effects had no significant difference between Vitapex paste and calcium hydroxide( P 〉 0.05 ). But camphor phend showed poor effect( P 〈 0.05 ). Vitapex paste as root canal disinfection medi- cation is effective and easy for use in the treatment of apical periodontitis in deciduous teeth.
