抑郁症引起急性早幼粒细胞白血病及文献复习

摘要 急性早幼粒细胞白血病（acute promyelocytic leukemia，APL）是急性髓细胞白血病中较特殊的一个类型，90％以上的APL患者有特异性的染色体易位t（15；17）（q22；q21），95％以上的的患者可检测到早幼粒细胞白血病（promyelocyticleukemia，PML）／维甲酸受体（retinocacidreceptor，RAR）融合基因。由于患者易合并弥散性血管内凝血（disseminated intravascular coagulation，DIC）和纤维蛋白溶解。20世纪80年代之前绝大多数患者在达到完全缓解（complete remission，CR）前死于出血；
