非血缘脐血移植后腹泻病因的研究进展
摘要
腹泻是非血缘脐血移植后的常见症状，可由多种病因引起，如细菌、真菌和病毒等病原的感染，预处理毒性反应，急性移植物抗宿主病等。迁延不愈的腹泻患者多有肠道黏膜广泛损伤。因移植后感染与免疫反应等综合因素的相互作用和干扰，临床上腹泻的病冈常常不易诊断明确。笔者就临床上非血缘脐血移植后腹泻的常见病因及最新研究状况进行综述。
