转录因子Foxnl在胸腺发育中的作用

摘要 胸腺是T淋巴细胞成熟的场所。现已发现,许多基因参与胸腺的发育,而转录因子Foxnl是最主要的因子,在胚胎发育、生物老化和免疫调节等多种生物学过程中发挥作用。笔者对胸腺基质细胞和胸腺细胞的发育进行综述。
