CK7和S100A1在嫌色细胞肾细胞癌和肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤中的表达及鉴别意义

Diagnostic significance of expression of CK7 and SlOOAl in chromophobe renal cell carcinoma and renal oncocytoma

目的研究CK7和S100A1在嫌色细胞肾细胞癌(chRCC)和肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤中的表达及鉴别诊断。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法,观察22例chRCC和20例肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤组织中CK7和S100A1表达。结果免疫组织化学染色法检测显示:22例chRCC中20例(90.9%)CK7呈阳性表达,20例肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤中仅2例(10.0%)CK7呈阳性表达(P=0.000);14例(63.6%)chRCC的S100A1呈阳性表达,19例(95.0%)肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤中的S100A1呈阳性表达(P=0.003)。结论 CK7和S100A1免疫组织化学染色结果有助于chRCC与肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的鉴别诊断。

Objective To investigate the expression and diagnostic significance of CK7 and SI00AI in chromophobe renal cell carcinoma （chRCC） and renal oncocytoma. Methods The expression of CK7 and S100A1 in 22 cases of chRCC and 20 cases of renal oncocytoma was determined by immunohistochemical staining.
