飞秒激光在白内障手术中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 飞秒激光是一种红外线光,脉冲持续时间为数飞秒,目前主要应用于屈光手术,其定位性好,安全性高,可重复性强,LASIK术后效果显著。近期飞秒激光也开始逐步应用到白内障手术中,其在白内障手术中也表现m独到的优点,可应用于以下四个手术步骤:即环形撕囊、辅助碎核、散光减张切口及透明角膜切口,特别应用飞秒激光可以得到精确大小、完美居中的环形撕囊,经其辅助碎核后,超声乳化的能量和时间都能缩短。文中就飞秒激光在白内障手术中的应用做一简要综述。
