研究了一种单环 β 内酰胺抗生素在酸性和碱性情况下的反应机理 ;通过比较反应活化能 ,研究结果表明 :在碱性情况下 ,无论是开环还是闭环反应相对而言都容易发生反应 ,同时在反应过程中有电子迁移现象 .

In this paper, the reaction mechanism of a lactam under both acidic and basic conditions have been studied. Comparing their activation energy, the results show that both ring opening reaction and ring closing reaction under basic conditions are easy, and it has shown that th ere is charge transfer in reactions.
