论青少年法律意识的培养

On the Legal Consciousness of the Adolescents China

与成年人的法律观念相比,青少年的法律意识虽然粗旷,但却反映出很多本真的认识。随着我国法治建设进程的逐步深入,我国青少年的法律意识已有大幅度提升。但是,当前我国青少年在法律意识方面仍然存在着法律知识较为欠缺、权利意识相对淡薄的情况。大部分青少年对于基本的法律知识只知其一,不知其二。在对是非善恶进行分辨时,尚未掌握正确的方法和评判标准。而且,不同青少年之间还存在法律意识个体差异和城乡差别明显的问题。面对这些问题,一方面应该大力增加法律宣传的成本,提升普法宣传的效果,同时还应教会青少年形成正确的判断是非善恶的标准。另一方面,应努力培养青少年的权利意识,并传授其维护自身权益的正确方法。

Compared with the legal conception of the adults, the legal consciousness of the adolescents seems a little coarse and crude. But that might make real sense in people＇s life. With the deeper progressive of rule of law in China, the legal consciousness of Chinese adolescents is becoming better and better. Meanwhile, there are still some problems need to be paid more attention. For example, most of the adolescents do not know much about law. They＇ve got no enough consciousness of right. They have no suitable standard to distinguish right from wrong. And different youth have different legal ideas, especially when they come from different background. In order to solve those problems, China should put more into the process of popularizing law and help the youth to set good standard for judging good and evil. And what is more important, to teach them proper ways of protect their safety and interest when necessary.
