摘要
在建立伺服阀控制非对称液压缸速度的动态数学模型基础上,利用MATLAB仿真软件构建了仿真模型,并结合实际生产系统对其动态特性进行了仿真研究。通过分析,找出影响实际生产中的主要问题,利用PID构建闭环控制数学模型,进一步提高设备的控制精度。
In the paper,the models of dynamic maths of asymmetric cylinder velocity controlled by servo valve are established.The simulation model is also constructed by means of software MATLAB.The models's dynamic characteristics are studied combined with practically produce system.The dominating factors are founded out by analysis.Then the maths closed loop is constructed by introducing PID.It can improve greatly the accuracy of practically produce system.
