深过冷Fe_(82)B_(17)Si_1非规则共晶中Fe_2B相的形态演化 被引量:3

摘要 在63~342K过冷度范围内,对Fe_(82)B_(17)Si_1合金非规则共晶中Fe_2B相的生长形态演化进行了研究。发现:(1)在具有一次再辉的63~164K及255~342K过冷度范围内,随过冷度增加Fe_2B相由变异的小平面结构逐渐转变为树枝状,进而向具有明显定向特征的树枝状和超细的球状转变,该合金Fe_2B相由小平面转变为树枝状的过冷度过渡范围约为63~164K;(2)在具有两次再辉的174~247K过冷度范围内,随初生α相含量的增加枝晶间非规则共晶逐渐向离异共晶转变;(3)在63~154K和312~342K过冷度范围内,该合金非规则共晶中的Fe_2B相存在两次粒化现象,这两次粒化对应于不同的非规则共晶形成机制。
