雄竭烫烧伤膏对烧、烫伤促愈合作用的实验研究 被引量:1

Experimental study on therapeutic efficacy of Xiongjie burn cream in wound healing of burns and scalds

摘要 目的:探讨雄竭烫烧伤膏对大鼠Ⅲ度烫伤、家兔深Ⅱ度烧伤后创面愈合的作用。方法:采用大鼠Ⅲ度烫伤、家兔深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,观察雄竭烫烧伤膏对动物创面愈合情况的影响。结果:雄竭烫烧伤膏小、中、大剂量组15天、20天、25天时均能显著促进大鼠Ⅲ度烫伤创面的愈合,与赋型剂对照比较,P<0.01;雄竭烫烧伤膏小、中、大剂量组第10天、15天、20天时均能显著促进兔深Ⅱ度烧伤的愈合,与赋型剂对照比较,P<0.01。结果:雄竭烫烧伤膏具有治疗动物烫、烧伤的作用。 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Xiongjie burn cream in wound healing in rats with third degree scalds and rabbits with deep second degree burns.Methods: A rat model of third degree scalds and a rabbit model of deep second degree burns were established to observe the therapeutic efficacy of Xiongjie burn cream in wound healing in animals.Results: Xiongjie burn cream(low,middle,and high doses) could significantly promote wound healing in the rats with third degree scalds on day 15,20,and 25 of treatment,as compared with the excipient(P〈0.01).Xiongjie burn cream(low,middle,and high doses) could significantly promote wound healing in the rats with deep second degree burns on day 10,15,and 20,as compared with the excipient(P〈0.01).Conclusion: Xiongjie burn cream is effective in treating scalds and burns in animals.
