摘要
将柳毒蛾核型多角体悬液降解 ,降解产物经 Tris-饱和酚和氯仿抽提 ,乙醇沉淀分离出Ls NPV-DNA.用限制性内切酶 Pst ,Hind ,Pst /Hind ,Hind /Eco R 和 Pst /Bam H 单酶切或双酶切 .经琼脂糖凝胶电泳并对其结果进行分析 。
The DNA of Leucoma salicis nuclear polyhedrosis virus Inner Mongolia isolate(LsNPV IM) was isolated by phenol chloroform extraction and ethanol precipitation. The LsNPV IM DNA was then didested by restriction endonucleases PstⅠ, HindⅢ, PstⅠ/HindⅢ, HindⅢ/EcoRⅠ and PstⅠ/BamHⅠ respectively and the resulted restriction endonuclease maps were analysed and constructed.
